All gazebo designs may be built from pressure treated southern pine, tight knot western red cedar or clear western red cedar. The southern pine is a stronger, higher density wood with an oak like grain pattern. The pressure treatment inhibits damage from insects and moulds.

We also build a full line of vinyl clad wooden gazebos. The wood creates the strength, while the thick colour fast vinyl cladding makes the gazebo maintenance free. The vinyl cladding is available in white and ivory colours, and is properly formulated so that no cracking or fading occurs.

We build gazebos in three fundamental shapes: octagon, oval and rectangular. The octagon gazebo is considered by many to be the traditional design, the rectangular gazebo the most spacious, and the oval gazebo to be a combination of them both. We also build a special order 12 sided gazebo in sizes over 20' in diameter. We are confident you will be able to select the perfect gazebo shape and size to suit your family's entertainment requirements.

Gazebo & Pergola Sizes

Our gazebos range in size from small to large depending on the style. For octagon Gazebos the sizes range from 6' to 16', while the size of oval and rectangle gazebos ranges from 8' x 12' to 12' x 24'. Depending on available space and intended usage, we can recommend the right size gazebo for you.

Gazebo & Pergola Roof Styles

You may select a standard roof (left), a double roof second left), a curved roof (second right) or a double curved roof (right). 

The gazebo roof style allows you to add another personal feature to the design of your gazebo, and each style not only looks beautiful by day, but also projects a stunning silhouette when illuminated at night.

The traditional roof is for wooden gazebos is constructed from cedar shakes on lathe, however we also have architectural available in a large variety of colours with a 35 year warranty. A speciality slate look rubber shingle with a 50 year warranty is also available in a variety of colours.  Metal gazebo roofing may be selected as a special order.  The gazebo roof sheeting may be plywood or 1” x 6” tongue and groove wood (either pine or cedar).  All vinyl clad wooden gazebos are built with a beaded soffit liner. shown below are our ashphalt colours, followed by rubber slate.

Gazebo & Pergola Fascia

Our gazebos are available with either straight fascia or scalloped fascia to compliment your other selections. The fascia is the section of the gazebo that runs along the top just under the roof. Below (left) is shown a straight fascia accompanied by the straight brace, and on the right is a scalloped fascia and brace.

We have four brace styles to choose from when designing your perfect gazebo; the traditional half-moon, scalloped (to match the scalloped fascia), and Victorian or fan which allow you to complement your existing design features. Below are shown examples of the fan gazebo brace (left) and the Victorian gazebo brace (right).

Gazebo & Pergola Railings

Lower wooden gazebo rails are available in five styles: straight, split, sunburst, spindle and Victorian. These options allow you to make a personal choice or to match existing railings. All lower wooden railings, except the split rail, are available with vinyl cladding..

All vinyl clad wooden gazebos include matching upper rails. You may also choose upper rails as an option for wooden gazebos. Spokes are used on the upper rail when straight, split or sunburst lower rails are chosen.

Gazebo & Pergola Floors

You may choose to have your gazebo constructed with wooden floors in pressure treated southern pine, tight knot cedar or clear cedar. Usually composite floors are selected for vinyl clad gazebos to further reduce maintenance. Composite floors are available in four colours; cedar, redwood, brown, and gray. We recommend choosing the full octagon or oval patterns to create an attractive floor.

Gazebo & Pergola Screens and Windows

We are able to add full screen systems to most gazebos. These gazebo screen systems include screening for all walls, the door, under the floor and in the roof and provide protection from insects and birds.

A gazebo window screen system is also available to provide full weather protection.  This four track gazebo window screen system consists of four panels which can slide vertically in tracks to create full or partial closure on any or all sides of the gazebo.  The gazebo window screens are constructed from a memory membrane so that you do not need to worry about glass breakage and they can be ordered with tinting for added privacy. This gazebo window screen system allows you to make the most of your gazebo from spring through fall.
